Protecting your personal health data has been our priority since day one. Here’s how we safeguard your information:

• Your health data is stored on GDPR-compliant Swiss servers
• All forum data is housed on GDPR-compliant servers in the United Kingdom
• Your saved health data is anonymized and decoupled from any identifying information
• Forum users are encouraged to remain anonymous unless participating as creators or educators

As AKESO grows, our founder will continue to maintain a majority stake in the company. This will ensure that AKESO always stays aligned with our core values, no matter how large we become.

We will never sell access to user data or share it with third parties without explicit consent from each user.

The AKESO Health Tracker was designed to meet the complex tracking needs of people living with Long COVID and other common chronic conditions. All the health trackers we found on the app store were either too simplistic or too complex — so we built a comprehensive yet intuitive solution that you’ll actually want to use.

Recent research shows that regularly tracking your health metrics may significantly improve how well you manage your overall wellness.

People also report that tracking their health can help them identify possible conditions, assist them with getting a proper diagnosis, and help them find effective ways to manage their conditions through treatments or lifestyle changes.

Some of the app's core features are free to use like utilizing all the trackers in the Daily Log and the Calendar module.

However, to provide you with the best user experience possible, AKESO offers a paid subscription option called AKESO Premium.

The paid subscriptions help us keep the lights while the AKESO Health tracker:

• Never displays ads
• Will never sell or share user data (without user consent)
• Does not have outside investors

AKESO Premium is our monthly subscription that unlocks powerful in-app features to help you better understand and analyze your health data.

As a subscriber, you’ll gain access to:

• Your downloadable health summary report
• Your personal dashboard
• A research-backed resource center

The AKESO Health Tracker is currently available on iOS and Android.

• Android users: The app is available in all supported countries.
• iOS users: The app is currently available in the U.S., Canada, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand. Support for additional countries is coming soon.

A future update will allow you to customize:

• Units of measurement
• Date and time formats

We’re also working on adding multi-language support in the coming months.

The AKESO Forum is a community-driven space where providers, patients, and subject matter experts can connect and share valuable health information. While our forum may share some features with other social platforms, we prioritize evidence-based information and meaningful discussions over engagement-driven algorithms.

Yes! Spaces offered and supported by AKESO will always remain free.

Everyone is welcome to join the AKESO forum and gain access to trusted, credible health information for free.

The forum is moderated by our in-house team and a group of experienced, hand-selected moderators. Active educators and creators are also welcome to apply to become moderators through our contact form.

Yes! We will partner with you to promote your services and content. In the future, we’ll also allow creators and educators to host their own spaces with monetized access.
