Many of AKESO’s trackers include customizable lists, so you are in complete control of what data you track.
Add custom symptoms, physical activities, medications, supplements, foods, or environmental factors with a few clicks.
Using list trackers
1. To use a list tracker, click inside the outlined field to open the list.

2. You can start by typing in the symptom, medication, activity, or food you wish to record or scroll to choose one of the default options.

NOTE: You must manually add medications and supplements before they appear.

3. Once you make a selection, enter additional data by using the dynamic sliders or text boxes that appear.



4. Tap the illuminated “Save” button to save your entry.



Adding custom list items
1. To add a custom list item, first, navigate to the tracker you wish to edit.

2. Click inside the textbox to open the default list.

3. Look toward the bottom of the list to find the colored “Add …” button.

4. Press this button to open the list editor.

5. Type the list item you wish to add into the text box.

If you are adding a new medication or supplement, you can also enter dosage or serving information in the corresponding fields.


Available units: g, mg, mcg, ng, IU, ml, fl oz, tsp, tbsp
6. Once you are finished entering your new list item, tap the “(+) Add” button to save your entry.


Editing custom list items
In the list editor, you can edit, delete, and pin custom symptoms, medications, and more to the top of your trackers.
Deleting Custom Entries
1. To delete custom entries, tap the red trash can icon to the right of the symptom, activity, medication, or food.

2. Confirm the deletion by tapping the red “Confirm” button.

Editing Custom Entries
1. To edit a custom entry, tap the pencil icon to the right of the symptom, activity, medication, or food.

2. Tap inside the text box to edit the title of your custom list entry.

3. If you are editing a medication or supplement, you can also edit dosage or serving information using corresponding fields.

4. Save your edits by tapping the illuminated “Save” button.

NOTE: The “Save” button will only appear illuminated after you’ve made changes to your list item.

Pinning List Items
1. To pin your top symptoms, activities, medications, and more to the top of your tracker lists, tap the pin icon on the far right.

2. You will know you have successfully pinned a list item when the icon changes color. You can pin up to 10 items per list.

3. You can reorder pinned items by clicking and dragging the eight-dot icon to the left of the item’s name.
