Checkbox Trackers

AKESO’s discrete menstrual cycle tracker, uses a simple checkbox to keep track of each day you menstrate.

Toggle the menstrual cycle tracker on from the tracking options menu.

1. To use the menstrual cycle tracker, simply tap the checkbox if you are menstruating on the selected date.

2. The checkbox will now display a check icon and the “Save” button in the bottom right corner will appear illuminated.

3. Tap this button to save your data to AKESO.

4. Alternatively, you can manually enter your menstrual cycle start and end dates by tapping the calendar icon.

5. After you have entered your menstrual cycle data, tap the illuminated “Save” button to record it to Akeso.
