Health History

AKESO also includes a convenient menu to help you save your current health history to the app.

You can choose to record your current…

    • Health conditions
    • Medications
    • Supplements
    • Vaccination record
    • Tilt table test results
      • If you experience unexplained lightheadedness, dizziness, or fainting episodes, your healthcare provider may recommend a title table test.

 

You can store your health history securely with AKESO or export it as part of your downloadable summary report .

 

Viewing your health history

1. To view your health history, first open your settings menu by tapping the triple bar (≡) icon in the upper-right corner of your screen.

2. Next, tap on the “User Profile” menu.

3. Then, select “Health History”. This will open the health history menu.

4. From this menu, expand the category you wish to view by tapping the down arrow to the far right of its title.

5. Tap this arrow again to hide the category.

Adding new health history

1. To add a new entry to your health history, first locate the category you wish to edit.

2. Look to the far right of the category’s title to find a down arrow. Tap this arrow to expand the category.

3. Look to the bottom of the expanded category to find a “Add new …” text box.

4. To add a new health condition, type the name of the condition you wish to add into the text box.

To add a new medication, supplement, or vaccine, tap the down arrow to the far right to select an option from the dropdown list.

IMPORTANT: You can only add medications or supplements to your summary report that are already saved to your medication and supplement lists.

5. When you are finished customizing your entry, press the colored “(+) Add” button to save your changes.

 

Editing your health history

At this time, you can not edit existing medication, supplement, or vaccine entries. Please delete your current entry and add a new one  instead.

1. To edit your saved health conditions, first navigate to the health history menu.

2. Next, locate the health conditions category. Look to the far right of its title to find a down arrow.

3. Tap this arrow to expand the category and see your saved health conditions.

4. To edit an entry, tap on the pencil icon to the right of the health condition.

5. This will open the edit menu. From here, you can edit the condition’s name, add a diagnosis/start date, record any important notes, and identify known symptoms.

6. When you are finished editing your entry, press the colored “Save” button to record your changes.

 

 

Deleting health history data

1. To delete an entry, tap the red trash can icon to the far right of the entry’s name.

2. Confirm your deletion by pressing the red “Confirm” button that appears.
