Canceling your subscription

You can change your Akeso Premium subscription type at any time from the settings menu.

If you would like to change your subscription type (monthly or yearly), please cancel your current subscription. You can then resubscribe at the end of your current billing period.

1. To cancel your Akeso Premium subscription, log in to your Akeso Premium account using the “Sign up/Log in” button.

2. Next, select “User profile”.

3. Tap on “Manage Subscription”.

4. Scroll down to view all of Akeso Premium’s current subscription options.

5. Your current subscription type will be marked with a green check.

Look below your subscription type to find your next renewal date.

6. Look to the bottom of your screen to find a colored “Cancel Subscription” button. Tap this button if you wish to cancel your current Akeso Premium subscription.

7. Follow your device’s on-screen prompts to finish canceling your subscription.
