Creating Your AKESO Account

To access all of AKESO Health Trackers features — including adding your own secure PIN code — you’ll need to create an account.

1. To start creating your AKESO account, first, open your settings menu by tapping the triple bar (≡) icon in the upper-right corner of your screen.

2. Next, tap the “Sign-Up / Login” button at the bottom-right of your screen.

3. Tap “Sign Up”.

4. Now, you can start entering your personal details.

5. Tap the text boxes to enter your preferred first and last name.

6. Next, choose a unique username.

Your username must…

• • Start with a letter
  • Contain only letters, numbers, and underscores
  • Be between 3 and 16 characters long

 

7. Enter your email address.

NOTE: Your email can be changed at anytime after registration by contacting support.

8. Tap the illuminated “Register” button at the bottom of your screen.

9. Next, you’ll be prompted to confirm your registered email.

10. Check your inbox for a six-digit verification code. Your code will expire in 15 minutes.

If you do not receive your code within 5 minutes, check your emails spam folder or tap “Click to resend” to request a new one.

NOTE: You must wait 60 seconds before requesting a new code.

11. Enter your verification code in the fields provided.

12. Enter your account password, then tap the illuminated “Confirm Email” button.

Your password must…

• • Be at least 8 characters long
  • Contain at least 1 number
  • Have a mix of uppercase and lowercase letters

 

13. You can now access all of AKESO Health Tracker’s features!
